  We will be very pleased to answer your questions regarding the desired beauty surgery or beauty treatment etc. as well as regarding the organization of your journey and your stay in Thailand.
• In order to make a concrete and individual offer for you, we need some particulars from you. Please fill in the corresponding online form or simply call us.
• If you desire we can meet for a non-binding counselling interview in our principal office or at another place. If needed for some circumstances we will invite you for an interview anyway. In principle for the procurement of beauty surgeries there is no personal meeting needed. However, many customers appreciate the personal contact with us for the sincere clarifications needed before.
• Once you have decided for a beauty surgery or treatment with one of our contracting parties
  (clinics) we will arrange everything needed according to your wishes. At latest 4 weeks before your planned date for the surgery or treatment, depending on the selected hospital, you will have to transfer to us a down payment or the advance payment of the full amount.
• The first night you will stay in your selected hotel. The next morning you will check in at the hospital you selected.
• The counselling interview with your surgeon will take place in the morning before the scheduled surgery. The cosmetic surgeon will inform you in detail about the procedure and the choices of the upcoming beauty surgery or treatment. The same time you will be informed about possible risks and complications. In addition you will get important information about the expected healing process and the recommended care after the surgery or treatment.
• When you agree to the surgery or treatment after the interview, you will have to pay the full amount or final payment before right there in advance. The easiest way is to use your credit card.
• Usually the surgery is done later in the afternoon. After the allowed time you can leave the hospital. 5 to 7 days later you have to go back to the hospital for an examination.
  After leaving the hospital most customers are living in the chosen hotel in Bangkok until they need to go back for the examination. They will spend this time to get to know Bangkok and its surroundings or to buy things on good terms.
• After the examination a great deal of our customers are travelling for 1 to 2 weeks to a location of their choice to recuperate before travelling back home.
• After your return we will stay in touch with you for a few months to verify that your expectations were met. Beside that we are interested on your feedback to continuously improve us and our services.
• Should you contrary to expectations do without the beauty surgery or treatment, a cancellation fee has to be paid. The amount of this fee is dependent on the time of the cancellation and the hospitals policy.
